I don't think Zepeda can act his way out of a paper bag, but he's pretty, so I'm in!
 

I don't know how good he'll be acting with Marjorie, but put him in a scene with the right wall, and he will bring the passion.
 

He comes across as super gay to me so I can't believe him in any love scenes with women.
 

He doesn't come across as gay to me, but I always think that when he's trying to convey romantic passion he tends to look like he has abdominal cramps instead.
 

Yeah, but ... all things considered, I'd much rather look at this non-acting pretty robot than at the non-acting troll, nice though he may be.

Your pictures are getting to me and I am definitely in favor of something mentioned the other day - having Sophia kiss Chava and when she opens her eyes, DZ is there...Great dream sequence.

I can't believe Greta actually went and saw Paco! I didn't understand most of the conversation but belive Greta begged Paco to retract that the original recipes were his which apparantly he did.

Even though I've had it up to here with Greta, her reunion with Paco in his store was very moving. Yes, these two were meant for each other and need to be together.

Diana, I didn't get or remember all Greta and Paco said, but both seemed to still misunderstand who did what to whom and don't want the other to hate them.

Lupe is very perceptive. I believe she figured out who the woman (Greta) was in Paco's store. I'm so glad Lupe never really had a thing for Paco.

Chava is on fire. He was great in all his scenes, but especially in being a friend to Armando, who is totally devastated. PF has brought passion to every aspect of his role here, except of course the kissing. He did look quite thin. But he still picked up and carried Silvana after she fainted.

I saw a clip of, I guess, Televisa's PF exit press conference, and PF pointed out that he was leaving the show with it at No. 1 in the ratings (in Mexico).

Silvana is smart. So why hasn’t she had herself tested?

Normally I don’t like rebellious teenagers, but I like Dani standing up to Greta.

Marisol still getting on my nerves butting into Dani and Lucas's argument.

Yay, Matias was in last night’s episode. But too bad he’s clinging to his image of Coria as an honorable man. Matias should know Paco wouldn’t lie. But then Paco did lie to the news announcer on TV when he said the recipes weren’t his (Paco’s) and that the whole thing was a mistake. Paco will do anything to get the press to just leave him alone.

 

Yes! Princess Sophia should kiss the frog (PF) and there's sizzle, smoke and fireworks, and poof! There's the Prince (DZ)!!
 

Hey, what am I missing here? I checked out the first week and just started noticing DZ who I adore on this discussion page. Is he going to be on? If so, I'm checking back in!

Greta pleaded with Paco not to ruin the company. Paco was angry that Greta's first concern was the company and not an explanation for what happened between them. Apparently he still doesn't know why she dumped him.

Niecie, I was surprised that Chava was able to pick up Silvana. PF may be skinny, but he's strong!

Gloria, Pedro is leaving this TN reportedly due to health issues. DZ is taking over the role of Chava.


 

Cynderella, this is hilarious. I totally understand your glee over the imminent appearance of David Zepeda and I'm very happy for you. I've been a fan of Pedro Fernandez ever since Dinero though I'll admit that he may be an acquired taste and takes some getting accustomed to. I just hope he's not too seriously ill.

I'm not a huge fan of David Zepeda. His incessant whining and constant begging for sex in MPV was very off-putting for me. I like him much better as a villain. It will be interesting to see him and Diego Olivera as best buds after they were such rivals in MPV.

I hope that the actor swap isn't too disorienting. In Mujer de Madera there was a similar switch with Ana Patricia Rojo replacing Edith González and even with the extensive plastic surgery explanation, it was very difficult to adjust to.

I wonder if there's any chance that they'll be able to supply DZ with shirts that fit and how long will it be before he feels the need to shuck out of one of them? My guess is before the end of his first episode.

Carlos, why so late? I can only hope that Zepeda decides to take his shirt off during the opening credits! Mexico is hot this time of year. All those Ripoll cars need washing! Hopefully we'll get to see a slow motion very wet and soapy car wash. Ahem.

Carlos, I didn't see Dinero while it was on; but you're right -- I think with this show I finally got the idea of Pedro Fernandez. I checked You Tube, and all of Dinero is apparently on there. Looking forward to it.

And it finally dawned on me that my favorite novela theme song (La Otra) is by Pedro. I've had that in my iTunes for years.
 

I don't watch this novela, but I am most definitely in favor of lots of posts of pix of DZ in suits, in limited clothing, oily, wet, both, etc. Thank you, Cynderella!
